Enjoy saving money by staying in this spacious renovated home, centrally located in Mesa! This home features private parking, with 4 secure parking spots behind the home and one driveway parking spot available by reservation only, so you can always ensure you have a space to park!

There is a spacious kitchen and dining space for members to enjoy cooking and dining in, a large kitchen island and breakfast bar, granite countertops, a large stainless steel fridge and microwave, and ample cabinet space! The home also features an interior laundry room with two stacked washers and dryers for members to use free of charge during their stay. Each bedroom has its own desk/work station and a mini fridge/freezer! The expansive backyard features a covered patio/carport space for nice shade and to enjoy your time outside.

The home is in close proximity to public transit, freeways, restaurants and grocery stores!

Parking: The Host allows for a limited number of vehicles to park on the property. Street parking is available first come first serve, and designated parking spaces may be available to reserve for a small additional fee. Vehicles must be registered when you apply.

Cleaning expectations

House members share common area cleaning responsibilities which are assigned on Mondays to one member in the home and is on a rotating schedule among members. Professional cleaning is also provided on a regular basis.
