Private Bedrooms Bedrooms are fully furnished—Just bring your suitcase! Each room has a dedicated private workspace, including a desk and desk chair, so you can work from home, study or unwind on your own terms. Limited private bathroom options are available, or enjoy a shared bathroom with no more than two other house members.

Parking: The Host allows for a limited number of vehicles to park on the property. Street parking is available first come first serve, and designated parking spaces may be available to reserve for a small additional fee. Vehicles must be registered when you apply.

Cleaning expectations

House members share common area cleaning responsibilities which are assigned on Mondays to one member in the home and is on a rotating schedule among members. Professional cleaning is also provided on a regular basis.
