Welcome to AZ CoLiving. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (azcoliving.com), our communications with you, and the services we provide. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, joining our waiting list, or communicating with us by phone, text message, or email, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
AZ CoLiving is a registered trade name (DBA) of T Robert Hale PC. All references to “AZ CoLiving,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to T Robert Hale PC d/b/a AZ CoLiving.
Our Services
AZ CoLiving provides co-living property management services, including advertising available rooms, responding to housing inquiries, maintaining waiting lists, and supporting current residents (“Members”) of the homes we manage. Room bookings, payments, and membership agreements are processed through third-party platforms and are subject to those platforms’ own terms and conditions in addition to any house rules and membership agreements provided to Members.
Eligibility
Our website and services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an inquiry, join our waiting list, or become a Member.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to submit false or misleading information, interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, or collect information about other users. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these Terms.
Inquiries and Waiting List
Submitting an inquiry or joining our waiting list does not guarantee room availability, a booking, or membership. Availability changes frequently, and rooms are offered subject to screening, platform requirements, and booking procedures. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
Communications and Text Messaging
By providing your contact information and opting in through our website, you agree to receive communications from AZ CoLiving related to your inquiry, room availability, waiting list updates, tour scheduling, bookings, and account or residency matters.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and residency status. Message and data rates may apply. AZ CoLiving is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a room, becoming a Member, or purchasing any goods or services from us.
Opting out and re-enrolling. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START to the same number or opt in again through a form on our website.

Supported carriers. SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
