Our homes feature private bedrooms, upgraded shared or private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and convenient in-home laundry. Utilities and high-speed internet are always included, so there are no surprises.

Safety

We enforce clear House Rules to maintain a respectful and safe living environment. All Members go through multiple screening processes prior to approval. Cameras and smart locks are featured at the property for added peace of mind, ensuring every Member feels safe.

Quiet

To create a calm, restful home environment, quiet hours are observed daily from 10pm to 8am in our coliving homes. We ensure these hours are respected so our Members can enjoy a peaceful place to call home throughout their stay.

Cleanliness

Members of our coliving homes share responsibility through a simple cleaning rotation, keeping shared spaces fresh and welcoming so you feel at home and to ensure a fair distribution of cleaning responsibilities between Members. We also provide regular professional cleaning services for a deeper clean of the shared living spaces.
