Enjoy living in this charming single-family home right down the road from Downtown Mesa, near lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and freeways! This home has every amenity to meet your needs, including parking (2 driveway spots available to reserve for an additional $3/week), and additional street parking in front of the home and right across the street in front of the grassy park/greenbelt.

The home has been recently upgraded throughout and includes a dining room, a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and lots of pantry space.

Each bedroom conveniently has its own mini fridge, smart TV, and personal desk/work space!

The home features two washers and two dryers inside for Members to use at no additional charge, and there’s a spacious backyard with a covered patio and an almost fully enclosed additional patio — perfect for relaxing or getting some fresh air!

Services

Parking: The Host allows for a limited number of vehicles to park on the property. Street parking is available first come first serve, and designated parking spaces may be available to reserve for a small additional fee. Vehicles must be registered when you apply.

Cleaning expectations

House members share common area cleaning responsibilities which are assigned on Mondays to one member in the home and is on a rotating schedule among members. Professional cleaning is also provided on a regular basis.
