Parking: The Host allows for a limited number of vehicles to park on the property. Street parking is available first come first serve, and designated parking spaces may be available to reserve for a small additional fee. Vehicles must be registered when you apply.

No smoking
No pets are allowed. Registered emotional support and service animals are permitted.
No kitchen appliances in bedrooms
Due to the nature of co-living, no guests allowed
No overnight guests allowed
Quiet time is observed from 10 pm to 8 am daily
No outside furniture allowed
No Incense or Candle Burning
No Moving Furniture
All Members Are to Bring Trash to Curb Weekly
No Dirty Dishes in the Sink
All Trash is to be Put in Trash Bags
Host is not Responsible for Driveway
Members are Encouraged to Carry Renters Insurance

Cleaning expectations

House members share common area cleaning responsibilities which are assigned on Mondays to one member in the home and is on a rotating schedule among members. Professional cleaning is also provided on a regular basis.
